Maxine is a commercial and civil litigation lawyer with extensive experience in Dispute Resolution. She has represented corporate clients and high net worth individuals in senior roles at a regional Legal 500/Chambers rated firm and City based firms.
Maxine qualified as a solicitor in 2004. She spent the early part of her career advising on matrimonial, financial and childcare disputes for a cross section of individuals before moving to a niche city firm where she focused on complex contract disputes, contentious employment matters, negligence, business disputes, landlord and tenant and debt recovery. She also assisted to underwrite insurance, analysed risk and insurance product availability for high value commercial litigation matters.
Maxine has in-house experience from her time at the Government Legal Department acting for the Prison Service, Home Office and Probation Service.
Maxine joined My Business Counsel as a consultant in January 2016.
