We provide due diligence throughout the M&A process, offering services from the first careful contact with a potential seller, through bid preparation, to submission.
M&As need to be carried out in a structured and efficient way, and only a lawyer with knowledge and experience in this area of law should take on the task. Our M&A solicitor will identify and fix potential obstacles, maximise value, run the process economically and help accurately the company that is the subject of a merger or acquisition.
Typical tasks include the drafting of confidentiality agreements, the reviewing of information disclosures, writing release and reliance letters, making indicative offers, and writing letters of intent and draft sale and purchase agreements (SPAs). We’ll work with you through the entire process, from putting together the initial plan, to making binding offers and assisting with the selection of preferred purchasers.
