Carolyn Osbourne comments, on the significant rise in successful appeals of SEN statement decisions

Following SEN Funding Cut Protests held in Birmingham today Carolyn Osbourne, MBC Education lawyer comments on the rise in the number of successful appeals of SEN Statement decisions.

Following the protests held today in Birmingham’s Victoria Square over funding cuts affecting children with special education needs and disabilities (SEND), My Business Counsel’s Education Lawyer, Carolyn Osbourne, comments that she has noted the consistent rise in the numbers of families successfully appealing the SEN decisions at tribunal.
