Regulatory Legal Solicitor
Ashleigh advises both major corporations, directors and private individuals before an incident occurs on contingency planning and protocols to reduce the impact of an investigation through training and improved procedures. When an incident has occurred, she is available 24/7 to assess the circumstances and provide decisive advice on how the process should be managed to minimise problems.
Criminal Defence Lawyer
Ashleigh advises throughout all stages of the criminal process. She will negotiate with the regulators, represent clients called to interviews under caution, appeal enforcement notices, challenge decisions to prosecute and take cases to Judicial Review.
