Katerina is qualified lawyer in the UK and EU having many years of experience dealing with matters relating to Corporate Law, Taxation and Banking Litigation. Her expertise covers areas that deal with continental law and UK common law.

Katerina has broad knowledge in international taxation relating to corporate tax planning and BEPS compliance of multinational structures, investment banking and ICC arbitration cases. In addition, Katerina was a senior manager working for the Big Four for almost 10 years as a general counsel of an investment bank. She was cooperating for some years as an external counsel for Alstom GmbH, Zurich.
