Her past In-house experience as Head of Legal gives her a practical and proactive perspective on the client need and her dual qualification in the UK and India has given her an international prospective helping cross border deals that she fully utilises to get the best results for her clients.

With over 15 years legal experience Reina comes highly recommended, employing her keen business acumen to find the right solutions, for entrepreneurs in all fields of business as well as in niche areas like Events, TV, Radio, websites and print media.

She routinely handles terms and conditions, supplier contracts, COT employment settlement agreements, trademark registrations, marketing and advertising clearances, business disputes and personal guarantees. She has also advised on commercial leases , partnership agreements and business acquisition due diligence.

Reina is available for an outsourced in-house lawyer solution to businesses that don’t have the capacity to hire someone but need regular legal guidance as they grow but capped costs.

Reina’s areas of media expertise include marketing law, advertising law, entertainment law, intellectual property, media Law, contract law for EPG, conditional access, BARA, satellite agreements, content syndication and distribution as well as Ofcom compliance and licensing. This knowledge is augmented by strong rapport with Governing bodies like the Office of Communications (Ofcom) and the Advertising Standards Authority. She has successfully helped launch TV channels into the UK.

Some of her clients include a multinational smarter engagement company, TV and IPTV channels, care homes, a property investment business, advertising agencies, online new model businesses, marketing companies , an event management company , a food business and many growing entrepreneurs.

Reina’s past work includes advising upon content acquisition for ICC cricket broadcast rights, acquisitions of content from MGM, Sony and other large media companies, drafting distribution deals with Virgin and UPC among other pan European platforms, BARB* contracts for free to air channel ratings and subscriber.
