Our team has advised on the £100M Twin Sails Bridge development in Poole Harbour, advising the local authority on the merits/de-merits of various procedures including the competitive dialogue procedure; NEC3 turnkey build contract merits for build and amendments to base contract for use in the tender process; general advice/document preparation.

Case study: £20M Ferry Terminal Link-Span

Our team provided advise, preparation and negotiation of heads of terms, amended JCT build contract, appointments and collateral warranties relating to modification of a £20M linkspan for a UK south coast harbour authority. Included advice on the restricted procedure and its operation within the UK Utilities Contracts Regulations.
